i know i don't come here much anymore, but i still remember when it's toma's birthday!! lol. thought i should post something on his bday...

Happy Birthday, Toma!!! wishing you lots of happiness, love, and success!! you're still the most gorgeous, lovely, silly actor in all of Japan, to me. i'm glad you got some unique roles this year (transgender, vampire) and i hope you get a lot more different, challenging roles. have an awesome birthday and treat yourself!! xD

this is the first year since 2008 (i think) that i didn't do the tweet like crazy at midnight of oct.7 (japan time) about toma's birthday thing at twitter. lol. but i did check out the posts later and retweet a lot. check out the #toma_birthday tweets at twitter!! there are some really cool, cute fan art and fan videos!! =)

new autumn theme toma banner! i was looking for old icons to use and found this. credit goes to: http://kiyuko.blog.163.com/album/#m=0&p=1. there's a ton of pretty toma wallpapers there. all with the same kinda soft, blurry quality. i had to resize it, make it bigger, so sorry that it looks less pretty cuz of that!

i was going to wait until later to change it, but then i will be quite busy next month, i think. so i thought i should do it now. i figured this banner isn't very good (credit: http://kiyuko.blog.163.com/album/#m=0&p=1), though. so...i wanted to ask if anyone wants to make an autumn-themed toma banner?? it just needs to be a toma pic that feels like autumn and goes with the colors of this layout. and it should say Toma's Room. and it should be 800 x 499. that's the size of the current toma banner.

once you're done, upload it somewhere (your livejournal scrapbook is probably fine, but i use flickr), then send me the link. comment here or PM me. if there are many people that send me links (i doubt it. haha.) i will let everyone here vote on the one they like best. =)

so i finally had time and a good idea for a new layout!! i spent around 1.5 hrs on this, so everyone better like it!! haha, just kidding. well, since Nou Otoko is coming out on DVD in august, i thought it would be nice to have a dark, bad boy toma theme this time. and because i'm so tired of the bright, happy looking blue sky bg from before. lol. so it's nice to do a 180 and have a dark, cool look here, right? xD

about the banner... this is pic is from 2 years ago, july 2011, but it stuck in my mind. and once i knew i wanted a black grunge bg, i knew i had to use this pic!! ^_^ i had to go through the archive at fuckyeahtoma.tumblr.com to find this pic, to remember what month and year it was from. haha. then i went to ITS and found the HQ scans there. =) toma looks so cool and sexy here, right? the other pic from this set (i posted it above) was also very cool!!

i had to cover up the japanese text, so i used parts from the background texture and wrote on it. haha. i hope you don't mind that it looks kinda messy, but i think it goes with the theme...like the messy, uneven-ness? lol. that's why instead of just TOMA'S ROOM, i had to add in the "because bad boy toma is the best" part.

I really like that pic 'cause it's good for me to work the eye and the hair... But it's veryyyy difficult.

First ! Hello to all of you!!

Since few months i'm on LJ with my facebook account, I had'nt got time to create another account somewhere (deviant art, tumblr, twitter, FB, OB... too much ><) but I've realized it's not always simply for me so... here I am !!!

Just 3 words : I'm french !!! so please excuse my very bad langage xDD
Some of you know me 'cause I'm on twitter (@ITS_Sev) and I have a french blog on the most perfect, the incredible, the amazing guy... Ikuta Toma ^^

I know him since 2years 1/2 now... it's not very long but I'm totally crazy about him.
One of the most important thing he has done for me... gaves me the urge to restart drawing.

So now, when i'm feel sad or another wrong feelings, I take my pencils and begin a drawing about him.

these days, not much people are making toma icons. =T
i wish more people would make toma icons and share it with us here. some other fandoms are so active in making new icons...oh, mizza told me about a great program that she uses to make icons, Photoscape. it's kind of like photoshop, but easier to use. =) if you wanna try it, you can get it free here: http://download.cnet.com/PhotoScape/3000-2192_4-10703122.html.
