these days, not much people are making toma icons. =T
i wish more people would make toma icons and share it with us here. some other fandoms are so active in making new icons...oh, mizza told me about a great program that she uses to make icons, Photoscape. it's kind of like photoshop, but easier to use. =) if you wanna try it, you can get it free here: http://download.cnet.com/PhotoScape/3000-2192_4-10703122.html.
