Johnny’s who Seems Smart Ranking

Hi everyone! First time poster, long time commenter and follower. I thought I'd share something I found that I think everyone would be interested in. I was poking around the Ikuta Toma tag on tumblr the other day when I found this article. I thought it seemed interesting, so I thought I'd take a look. Apparently, Johnny's has a ranking system for who they think are smart in their business. This is for members between ages 20 and 30 and it ranked 200 men and women. I was very surprised to see how they ranked Toma. I shouldn't be though because he seems to be very intelligent and deep. I could tell from the interviews I've read about him. I'm not too surprised to see Sakurai Sho at the very top though. I've read from a few sites that he has brains.

So, what does everyone else think?

A little surprised Toma made top ten since I haven't seen him on that many brainy variety shows, but he does look smart! I'm more surprised to see Shige and Koyama not in the top... especially Shige since he's pretty qualified, writes books and does well on those thinking shows >_<

Yeah, he's done a lot of game shows like for Arashi and stuff. Not many shows that really test your wits, even though I'm sure Japan has those. There are a few others in mind I was surprised that weren't in the top 10, but that's just the top 10. That wasn't the whole list. I wish they listed everyone right there.

Hmm i am not suprised Sho Sakurai-san is the 1st
Yes i am Arashian and can tell he is very very very smart!!
He graduated from Keio university and his mum is proffesor in prestigious university. And dont to mention his dad is in japanese government... In Sakurai family education is everything!!


But i am happy for Toma to be in 1st 10!!! i think he is clever enough!! I saw video where his college teacher said Toma was good student :) :) :)

Btw can i ask where did you read interviews abou Toma? I cant find Toma interviwes T_____T Please can you help me?

Toma does seem clever. But i dunno about smart. Lol. I dunno enough about him to know if he's intelligent or not.... depends on if they mean that he has a high IQ or do they mean that he is a quick thinker. But, i mean...i think toma said he was only an average student in school? but being so busy with Johnny's might have affected his grades.

That might be up for debate. I don't know enough about him to tell how high his IQ really is either. But you can't really tell just by looking at a person. I can tell he's a quick thinker, but do intelligent and smart mean the same thing? And being an average student might mean how much effort he put into school. Like you said, Johnny's kept him busy so he didn't have a normal school life.
