i was thinking of waiting until the end of this month to see if there are better toma pictures to use, but i've gotten so tired of the old layout, so here's a new one!!! xD hope you like it. since it's already almost summer, i thought it'd be nice to have a cool blue layout, and i like these toma pics. ~_~ oh, sorry the Toma's Room text is in a kind of awkward spot in the banner, but i had trouble finding a better spot and the color looks better there cuz i used the color dodge effect.
