tomas_roomumm...tomatoloves is the only person at LJ that still translates toma's interviews sometimes, but her last translation was way back in april of this year.... =( toma has a couple interviews each month in different magazines, and it would be nice if we could at least get a translation to 1 of those interviews, right? and most of his interviews are pretty short! ^^
i was wondering if anyone here can possibly translate or even just summarize toma's interviews sometimes for us? like, just tell us about the most interesting part of his interview? xD HQ scans of toma's interviews are usually posted up at the ikuta_toma LJ or the toma_gallery LJ. you just need to remember to credit the source later, then translate away~~ and post it up!! ^_^
ok, i am not expecting much people to respond, but i thought i would try asking anyway....i will ask at tumblr too, now....
ALSO, if you know someone who might be interested in translating for us sometimes, please ask them!!! ARIGATOUUUUU!! ^_^
oh, since senko_fuji mentioned it, i wanna ask about translating toma's blog entries, too. xD i have no idea where people get his entries, but seems like a lot of people know where, so....if you are interested in helping out, please reply if:
1) you are interested in translating toma's entries? (in addition to senko_fuji ^^)
2) you know where to get toma's entries and can u check often and then send it to the person/people that can translate it? (or of course, u can just post it here and then the translator will translate, but from what i know, some ppl forbid it from being re-posted or something, so....)

sorry, u have to DL the other ones too, cuz they're all together, but at least if u see an interview that's more interesting than the myojo one, u can summarize that 1 instead. ^^ arigatooooo. & take your time~

Date: 2011-10-10 02:08 pm (UTC)i don't yet know where to find things either. but i'm sure it wouldn't be hard to nagivate japanese websites and find his blog entries if you can read japanese. the magazine scans would be the most difficult, but there are plenty of ljs that have them. :)
i'm glad you're taking an initiative on this! i've been dying to know what those magazine's say! lol

ohhhh. right, mizza used 2 get it from TRoom, but she's so busy now...ok...so after we've determined how many people can translate...in the future, if there's a new toma message posted at TRoom, could you use LJ messaging and send them the entry? then 1 of them can translate it and post it here in a locked entry.
umm...i guess it would be helpful if the translators don't have to DL the scans and can see them online. maybe i will ask you to upload certain interviews to photobucket or whatever photo place u use in the future...^^ thanks, memo! ^_^

Date: 2011-10-10 07:25 pm (UTC)actually, most up to date toma stuff are from chinese fans. lol. amazing how they R so organized and can get new toma stuff faster than anyone!!!!! ^_~ i know a tiny bit of chinese cuz i was really into hong kong dramas and this hong kong singer years ago, but i don't think that helps much now. lol. but i guess weibo, baidu, and xanga or something....a lot of toma fans go there to check for new toma news/pics and they don't even know chinese... xD

if u have the entry, but it's in chinese, u can also post it here and maybe use google translate or maybe some1 here is chinese and can translate it. =)
JUST MAKE SURE TO CHECK IF SOMEONE ELSE ALREADY POSTED IT UP, because we don't want duplicate entries. you can also post links to TFgirls' translations of toma's entries, actually (no need 2 lock those posts). ^^ THANKS, EVERYONE!!
