Don't worry fangirls. It was just a rumor and it doesn't seem like they have enough evidences to prove those two are dating, as I read further information posted in Yahoo.
22:00 August 18, Seino visited by taxi to luxury apartment where Ikuta live.
Immediately and without entering the apartment, to the street made a phone call. Come back a few minutes later, Seino entered the entrance while looking around. Press the visited room number that was familiar, and disappeared behind the door.
The next day of 11:00,13 hours after visiting the apartment, Seino emerged from the apartment in the same clothes as the day before,looked around in the same way as when she came, paying too much attention to her surrounding.
1 hour after, appeared to the entrance in rough dressed, sandals and in shorts,Ikuta. He wore a combination of a hat and sunglasses in white T-shirts that appear to look alike with Seino.
What do you think? Are they dating? She is kinda his type,cool,energetic and smart.But what they found didn't provide enough evidences that they're dating.It's possible but she could just visit a friend in the building or visit him as "friend" (hard to believe if she visit him as a friend by herself..:O) Let wait to see any more comments from their management. I think she's cute..But I am still sad if he's dating :P
PS. I think this could a public stunt before the release of his new movie Grasshopper,make sure the public pay attention to him..-_-?
