Do you prefer softsub or hardsub video?

Thanks to two Angles Laoracci and Candywalla who not only translate but also provide softsub for 2 of Toma and Aiba video. I will still use their softsub to make hardsub (still learning so I am not very fast). I am wondering if everyone prefer softsub or they want to wait for hardsub or both? I hope to translate more Toma's video, more people could know about Toma and how funny and great he is. I hope everyone would join hand and more Toma's video would be subbed. Thank you everyone.

Ps. I will eventually make a post, list of all Toma's video I got from fansite such as ITC and weibo that's interesting.I hope more people would want to help subbing. Btw, we should have a name for our subbing group? Tomaroom's subbing group? Anyone has better name for our group?


I have a habit of posting GIF so the post looks more lively, hope everyone doesn't mind..XD

I prefer hardsub but if it' s softsub it's ok too.

I know I said that before but I think hardsubs are best :)
I think the name might be just Toma's Room Subs :)
or Tomalion Subs haha :D :D (no, the first one's better :D)

hard subs are preferred, but i'll honestly take anything i can get!! i'm not picky if someone is willing to sub!! :D arigatou!!

Looks like almost all prefer hardsub ^^
I'm okay with both though, also if you provide softsubs, it will be nice to direct where to get the softsub :)
In my opinion, hardsub will lower the chance of someone claim the subs as their work while softsubs takes shorter time to prepare :D

Maybe you can discuss it with the team you're working at ^^
PS : there's a toma subbing group community before, why don't you join them? They are not active in a while though so maybe you need to contact the moderator in that comm first ^^

hi thanks for the advice. But I am fairly new here, I don't know if they still active or they don't want to sub anymore bc It's been a while since I saw their last hardsub video (Tomafaithfulgirl sub group) and TFS is completely inactive since 2011..so I want to gather some people who willing to sub right now, just do a couple in their free time.

I think they can be said inactive (it's more than a year already) though I don't know the reason, but sometimes it's because they lack a person who want to sub (translator, usually).
I mean, you can try ask one of the moderator and maybe there are some people ready to help you with subbing. If not, you can always ask here again ^^

hi thanks again. I think they lack translators. I got into learning subbing since yesterday. It's not difficult at all, I was able to do most basic thing now , only need to lean to change front and stuff now. I have no problem with it. The hard part is to find translator who willing to do it, cause it takes their time.
