did you visit Japan before? you're right about the unequal men and women, but it's not as bad as many other Asian countries though. They're so polite and has some kind of system, like you don't eat on subway, on the street, walk in one side only, line up to subway. I got a couple stares when I eat and walk..hehe. And women dresses very conservative, so when I wear mini, more stare of course. Not sure about the child-porn thing, isn't it every where not just Japan?
