hahaha... well, i know what you mean, because i left a fandom i was with for many years a while after joining the toma fandom. but it's because around that same time, the fans became less active. also, it was a hong kong singer, and around that time, everyone started fangirling at weibo, which i didn't want to sign up for. and i think they were all posting in chinese anyway... the english-speaking fans just disappeared mostly. =(
