i like most of these songs, actually. xD what about you? i really like taylor's "i knew you were trouble" (it's ironic that this song's MV + news of her dating harry styles came out around the same time. xD) and "brokenhearted" (unexpectedly upbeat!!) right now. =)

yes, i admit i voted for *eyeroll*. xD i'm just not a fan of xmas. maybe it's the combination of the same annoying xmas songs playing everywhere + the pressure to be buy stuff/be generous + be super happy + spend more time with family + the freezing cold weather + the end of the year (and realizing another year has gone by and my life is still so boring like every other year. lol).

SAME HERE! i'm so not an xmas person. :| for me, its all that you said, plus i'm not christian and my family doesn't know that, lol. there's lots of great things, like pretty lights and some great movies like 'love actually', but mostly i roll my eyes too.

but xmas in japan is kinda like valentine's day, which is really weird. thank goodness that's not the case here, despite some romantic xmas songs. DOES ANYONE ELSE HATE "Last Christmas" TOO?? it is 1 of the most annoying songs i have ever heard!!!! x_x

I'm always excited for Christmas, but I'm not necessarily ready for it. XD
I really want snow, but there is none here. It is unseasonably warm. :-P
As far as the year. It has simultaneously gone by too fast and dragged out too long. So definitely "I won't give up". Don't know the song, but it has been a year of non-stop craziness at work and yet, I haven't given up yet.

Ahh, I love Christmas and winter and (almost) everything that goes with it.
Wish you hade the maybe/in between/kinda option on the wheatear question, 'cause over here we've had snow for about 1,5-2 weeks (and then it rained away this weekend (oh and these two weeks have been a mere miracle usually only get a day here and there). If we're lucky it'll snow on Christmas ^^,

That's what I wish for every christmas (kinda like Christmas Day in 'A Christmas Carol').
But I guess most people feel the snow is connected to Christmas and winter =P

In my country X-Mas is in summer, so it's really hot -.-
I'm not a X-Mas girl xD and often I'm just with my mom on that date, so she have all that "Christmas spirit" that I haven't xD

I'm one of those who feel like a Grinch. I don't like Christmas very much >.>. Living in Spain it has a familiar meaning, not the one given in Japan, and reuniting with people I don't want to see, eating things I don't want to, freezing, and all that stuff don't go with me haha

omg, i feel the same way!!! xD my brother likes xmas and he always calls me a grinch because i'm not enthusiastic about it and he loves playing xmas songs to annoy me. O_O i'm sure there must be a lot more ppl like us who hate xmas. haha. and in the poll above, the #'s are almost even, ppl who like it and ppl who don't! LOL.

i'm really dreading the xmas family gathering we're having this weekend. @_@ relatives that i don't want to see, food that i don't really like, all the awkward conversations. AND i have to leave our cat in my room or else it'll fight with my cousin's dog. (i usually never let the cat in my room, but when i do, i have 2 cover up everything 2 prevent him from scratching/biting my stuff. T__T)

good luck with your family gathering! =/ and yeah, i hate the freezing cold/rainy/gloomy winter weather!! and the days are way too short... O_O
